Discount Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy:

- No payment no finalization and confirmation of booking.
- Special rates are not available to hotel/resort counter and exclusive for IslandTrips, Inc. &/or Dotcom International Marketing, Inc. guest only.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Currency conversion are based on current airline exchange rate.
- Guest/s are responsible for their insurance.
- IslandTrips, Inc. &/or Dotcom International Marketing, Inc. does not accept RUSH bookings, strictly require at least (4) days lead time.
- Cancellations of finalized booking, will be based on hotels/resorts/airlines and other supplier charges. 
- Cancellations may also be, an equivalent of 1 night stay or 50 USD which ever is higher.
- Unused portion of the package inclusions are non-refundable.
- Bank charges should be on guest account.
- Credit card processing fee (5.5%) from the total amount is not refundable.
- Refund, where applicable, will take place 30-60 banking days after cancellation requirements are completed.
- E-mails will be answered within 24 hours, (except weekends and holidays) between 8am to 6pm (Philippine time).
